The development occupies a prominent position on Wello-Sefer to Atlas Street. The sleek, modern vertical façade element of the 14-story apartment building creates a unique outdoor balcony between the vertical lines, giving access to visual vistas of most of the Bole area and a tropical garden at the front. The uppermost area features an elongated façade element that creates a modern pergola system, providing shade to the communal area for the residences on the rooftop.
