Betelehem Residence

A unique design with the main living area situated on the basement floor, promoting a seamless connection to the surrounding compound while prioritizing an introverted layout. Utilizing fair-faced concrete as the primary material enhances durability and sustainability while contributing to the aesthetic value of the structure. The design incorporates various spatial scales, including expansive two-story spaces for communal activities, three-story areas that serve as focal points, and intimate single-floor zones for privacy and relaxation, fostering exploration and interaction throughout the residence. A tropical green concept is intricately woven into the design, integrating lush vegetation that softens the concrete facade and enhances the indoor-outdoor connection through strategically placed planters and green walls, promoting natural ventilation and improving air quality. Large windows and thoughtfully positioned openings invite natural light and views of the landscape while maintaining a sense of seclusion, culminating in a residence that is both inviting and serene, offering a harmonious living experience deeply connected to its environment.
